I’m trying to read the PDF on my iPhone again, why does it say I’ve reached my download limit?
There is a limit of 3 downloads per purchase.
If you don’t have a PDF reading app on your iPhone, you may find that if you didn’t copy the file to a PDF reading app on your iPhone after the initial download, that the file is lost and you’ll need to download it again.
That could easily eat up your 3 download limit because each attempt reduces your download count by 1.
You may want to download it on your PC/Mac first and then copy it to your iPhone via Dropbox, iCloud, the iBooks app, or Google Play Books.

Need help opening one of our PDFs on your iPhone or iPad?
Here’s how to open one of our PDFs with iBooks on your iPhone or iPad:
1) While viewing the PDF in your browser, tap the Share button in the upper-right corner.
2) Tap Open in iBooks to open the attachment.
3) iBooks will open, and you can view your PDF.
iBooks will automatically save a copy of the PDF to your iBooks PDF shelf.
